By placing a pre-order with PACE Apparel, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment
Your payment will be taken in full at the time of placing your pre-order. By completing your purchase, you authorise PACE Apparel to charge your selected payment method immediately.
2. Estimated Dispatch
Pre-order items have an estimated dispatch date which will be communicated at the time of purchase. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production or supply delays. We will notify you of any significant changes via email.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at [your email address].
4. Mixed Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes to Your Order
Once a pre-order is placed, changes to size, colour, or shipping address may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make amendments.
6. Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms. You retain the right to a refund if goods are not delivered within 30 days of the agreed delivery date.
