Returns Policy

We want you to love your PACE gear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Our Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from odours, marks, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We'll do our best to accommodate exchanges subject to availability. Get in touch and we'll sort it for you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
