At PACE Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). After this period, unfortunately we're unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from odours, marks, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at paceapparelofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked Royal Mail service to ensure your return reaches us safely, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can check stock for you.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
