Welcome to PACE Apparel. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
About Us
PACE Apparel is a UK-based premium performance apparel brand founded by Steph and Jack. Our mission is simple: Performance and Comfort for Everyone.
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but in the rare event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Shipping
We ship via Royal Mail across the UK. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and estimated delivery is 2–4 working days from dispatch. Please note that working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
Lost Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, we follow Royal Mail's guidelines. Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us and we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf. We will offer a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.
